2. Before installing the carbide roller, the roller ring and the cone sleeve should be kept warm at a constant temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius, and the roller shaft should be poured with hot water, or idling for 20 minutes to preheat it.

3. The sleeve and machine assembly of the product are strictly carried out according to the precision required by the design process. The product, the frame roller shaft and the cone sleeve must be properly matched and cannot be too tight or too loose.

4. Before loading, check whether the carbide parts roller ring meets the requirements, and the assembly surface of the product, cone sleeve and shaft must be carefully cleaned. It is strictly forbidden to hit the product with a hammer or other hard objects when loading. It is strictly forbidden to collide with each other during transportation and installation to prevent damage to the product.
