1. Factory scale

There are currently 106 registered employees, and a high-quality team with rich production experience and excellent professions . There are 3 senior consultants, 1 senior engineer, 2 senior engineers and 6 professional technicians in the R&D department. At the same time, it has a experienced foreign trade sales team to provide professional, accurate and efficient foreign trade services.

2 Equipment.

Hengrui always takes innovation as the first driving force, through continuous updating of advanced equipment and continuous increase in research and development. From 2019 to 2022, 9 sets of tilting ball mills, 4 sets of double Z 300L dryers, and 18 sets of various CNC machine tools were purchased; 11 sets of advanced 16-1000 ton press machines and one set of static pressure equipment for dry bags were newly purchased. 4 hot isostatic pressing sintering furnaces, 5 vacuum degreasing and sintering integrated furnaces, 1 horizontal high-pressure gas-quenching vacuum furnace, 1 high-vacuum tempering furnace, 1 liquid nitrogen cryogenic tempering integrated furnace were purchased .Precision Instruments including 1 coercivity tester and 1cobalt magnetic tester, 1 electronic universal testing machine and 1 Danish Sterer hardness tester,1 German Zeiss metallographic microscope, 1 American Niton spectrum alloy analyzer, Germany A Zeiss focused ion beam scanning electron microscope were used into the testing procedures. Product performance and product quality have been greatly improved.

Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification , Hengtai Ruixiang has been registered as our own brand and obtained more than ten national patents including cemented carbide automatic processing equipment and manufacturing.
