I. Installation and debugging
1. Before installation, the hot rolling roller and related equipment should be fully inspected to ensure that all parts are not damaged or deformed.
2. Install the hot rolling roller in strict accordance with the equipment installation requirements to ensure the matching accuracy of the roller shaft and the bearing, and ensure that the hot rolling roller is installed firmly and stably.
3. After the installation is completed, debug to check whether the hot rolling roller rotates flexibly and whether it cooperates with other equipment.
II. Preheating treatment
1. Before formal use, the tungsten carbide hot rolling roller needs to be preheated. Generally, the hot rolling roller is heated to a certain temperature to achieve a stable working state and reduce the impact of thermal stress on the roller.
2. The preheating temperature and time should be determined according to the specific roller specifications, rolling materials and production process requirements.
III. Rolling process
1. According to the characteristics of the rolling material and product requirements, reasonably adjust the rolling parameters, such as rolling force, rolling speed, roll gap, etc.
2. During the rolling process, pay close attention to the working status of the hot rolling roller, such as surface temperature, wear, etc. If there is any abnormality, adjust the process parameters or perform maintenance in time.
