Detailed Description:

The rapid deformation and internal friction of the metal may cause the temperature of the workpiece to rise above 200°C. The cold heading die should be able to work at this temperature for a long time while still maintaining the same hardness, and can be used during continuous upsetting and extrusion. It can withstand alternating hot and cold stresses while still having good fatigue resistance. In order to improve the service life of cemented carbide cold heading dies, different measures can be taken, such as improving lubrication conditions, designing a reasonable cold heading die shape, reducing roughness values, etc., thereby improving the quality of cemented carbide cold heading dies.
