Detailed Description:

The tungsten carbide wire drawing die is not easy to adhere to the metal wire during the wire drawing process, which is beneficial to improving the surface properties of the metal wire, especially when drawing colored hard materials (such as W, Mo wire, etc.) at high temperatures. Using ceramic wire drawing dies to draw non-ferrous metal materials can avoid the defects of carbide wire drawing dies, prolong the life of the wire drawing dies and improve the surface quality of the material.

Carbide molds are generally used to draw steel wires (steel wires). The typical structure of this mold is a cylindrical (or slightly tapered) carbide mold core tightly embedded in a circular steel sleeve. There are bell mouth, entrance cone, deformation (working) cone, sizing zone and exit angle in the hole.
